METHODS: This research uses quantitative methods. The results of this study indicate that (1) the percentage value of student learning independence PBO using the blended learning model is 61.72%; (2) obtained the posttest mean (mean) value in the control class is 69.1250, and in the experimental class is 78.2500, and the results of the sign test obtained a significance value of 0.000 or a significance of <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Referring to these result, it can be concluded that from the implementation of the blended learning model on the PBO course, students learning independence is in good criteria, and there is an affect on students learning outcomes.
