Abstract

This study investigates the influence of entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy on students' green entrepreneurial intention, with green entrepreneurial orientation as a mediating variable. A quantitative method with proportional random sampling was employed, involving 165 students from the Culinary Education Study Program, Universitas Negeri Malang. Data were collected via online questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, outer and inner model testing, and indirect effect analysis. The results indicate that entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy significantly and positively affect green entrepreneurial intention, with green entrepreneurial orientation acting as a positive mediator. These findings suggest that integrating entrepreneurship education with self-efficacy development can effectively enhance green entrepreneurial intention among students, supporting sustainable entrepreneurship within higher education.
