Abstract
This study examines key determinants influencing port performance. A systematic literature review was conducted, synthesizing insights from 22 journal articles, following PRISMA guidelines to ensure a comprehensive, evidence-based approach. The findings reveal that Networking Capability and Cost Leadership significantly enhance operational efficiency and market positioning, while Flexibility and Transformational Organization foster adaptability in dynamic markets. Digital Adoption and Ethical Leadership were also found to be crucial, with digital tools and ethical practices bolstering sustainability and trust. Collectively, these determinants underscore the multifaceted nature of port performance and emphasize the need for integrated strategies in port management. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers and port authorities in optimizing operational outcomes.
