Abstract
This research examines the critical factors contributing to the success of talent management implementations in Indonesia. Aims to comprehend the development of talent management in the public sector. Previous research on talent management has been conducted and developed in the private sector. This study used a literature review technique to synthesize previous research and identify knowledge gaps. The findings of this study showed that line managers have a significant role in linking talent management policies and their implementation. The study found that organization agility is a critical factor contributing to talent management implementations’ success. Then, considering context in talent management practices is essential to achieving adequate and relevant results.
