Abstract

This paper presents a criminal law perspective related to cyberbullying. The results of descriptive analysis using normative juridical methods equipped with a literature study of the legislation and related literature obtained the outcome of cyberbullying as a criminal act. The criminal law that covers cyberbullying is contained in Article 76 C in conjunction with Article 80 (1) of the Child Protection Law.
