Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the effect of supply chain integration on supply chain performance mediated by service capabilities. Data samples were taken by 250 SME owners in the Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Bekasi) area using Google forms. The data used is cross sectional and the approach used is structured equation modeling. The iresults iof ithis istudy iare iSupply iIntegration ihas ian ieffect ion iService iCapabilities i(service ireliability, iservice ifeasibility, iservice iefficiency, iadded ivalue), iService iCapabilities i(service ireliability, iservice iflexibility, iservice iefficiency, iadded ivalue) iaffect iSupply iChain iperformance iand iSupply iChain Integration has an effect on supply chain performance mediated by Service Capabilities (service reliability, service ability, service efficiency, added value). In conclusion, in SMEs the role of Service Capabilities (service reliability, service flexibility, service efficiency, added value) in supply chain integration on chain performance supply is done.
