Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the role of the national culture, transformation of corporate culture, the culture of risk in determining the performance of the regional bank that owned by the Indonesia government, in case, Bank Jabar Banten (BJB). This study is a qualitative study to describe the phenomenon more regarding the interaction of national culture, organizational culture, the culture of risk and performance in the fight BJB transformation by the actual situation occurred at the sites. Researchers using Pierre Bourdieu Practice Theory as a theoretical basis to analyze the practice of struggle bank transformation. This research resulted in the finding that the national culture, corporate culture and the culture of risk.
