Abstract
This research is to know or obtain the effects of receivable turnover, long-term debt, working capital and fixed assets of company to profitability. The purpose of this research is the Property Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which located in Jakarta. This research was conducted on Company audited Financial Statements of the period 2012 to 2016 by using the method of causal research therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of several linear regression test. The results of this research show that part, variable receivable turnover have a significant impact on profitability, while long-term debt, working capital and fixed assets have no significant impact on the profitability of the Property Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 until 2016.
