Abstract
OCBE in financial organizations is needed to support Sustainability Financial. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership, organizational culture and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment (OCBE) in generation Y millennia and generation X. This type of research used quantitative research and survey methods. The study population was employees of financial organizations in Jakarta with a sample of 60 people. The results of this study prove that Leadership and Organizational Culture have an effect on OCBE through Work Satisfaction, except for the X generation group who stated that leadership had no effect on OCBE.
