Abstract
This thesis explores the legal problems in the procurement of goods and services electronically (e-procurement) by means of e-purchase at the Batang religious court. , Better Transparency, Competitiveness, Accountability and Fair/Non-Discrimination and How is the legal responsibility for goods and services procurement implementers who make mistakes. The method of collecting research materials is carried out by studying literature with legal materials, namely statutory regulations. The analysis used in this study is Legal Analysis, which is to explain the relationship between theories, concepts, legal rules and the legal problems faced. The results of the research on the implementation of E-Procurement in the Batang Religious Court have a good level of effectiveness. This can be seen from the success of E-Procurement in creating a fast Procurement process, so that work can be carried out optimally.
