Abstract

The development of the world of health requires hospitals to be managed professionally. This requires good employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Management Knowledget, Quality Of Work Life Commitment, satisfaction, performance , Respondents amounted to 250 people, who are employees of RSU SIAGA MEDIKA PEMALANG. The study used a questionnaire with data analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The analysis concludes that Management Knowledget, Quality Of Work Life Commitment, satisfaction, and performance affect employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate work placement, workload, work facilities and leadership on employee performance.
