Abstract
The Educational Psychology and Guidance Counseling Laboratory of Medan State University has an important role in guidance and counseling activities in the Medan State University environment, including: implementation of assessments and counseling services. Technological developments require all aspects of human life to continue to innovate, including in the implementation of psychological assessments from previously paper-based tests to computer-based tests or online tests. This is certainly to support the efficiency of the processing time and data processing. This research is an Research and Development. The research and development method is a research method used to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products. The research product developed in this study is the "GCNA" application which will be used as an online psychological assessment in diagnosing and prognosticating the need for guidance and counseling services in the Educational Psychology and Guidance Counseling Laboratory. The subjects of this study were and Guidance Counseling study program students selected using the Random Sampling technique. Data processing in this study used the Quantitative Descriptive method.
