The purpose of this study is to integrate the assumption of heutagogy learning into the curriculum of the Community Education Department which will be used as a guideline in mapping the competencies of Human Resources in the Community Education Department. Heutagogy is a learning approach that combines the principles of andragogy (adult learning) with a focus on student independence. This study uses a developmental research method using the Thiagrajan 4D model development model, namely 4D: Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach starting from preliminary studies, designing and formulating learning applications. The targeted outputs in this study are: (1) research reports registered for Copyright (certificate); (2) scientific publications in indexed proceedings; (3) accredited national journals. The level of technological readiness (TKT) in this research proposal is on a scale of 3, where the research results are expected to be a guideline for the Community Education Department in achieving quality and highly competitive graduate competencies.
