Abstract

Enlistment exercises, concerning youthful workers and profoundly qualified and able candidates on a global scale changed to the Internet. Organizations progressively go to online enlistment as a favored enrollment source. Recruitment using online recruitment give some critiques and challenges emerging as unsuitable social network characteristics for companies goals. This study objectives is to explore how social network characteristic can be suitable for companies purposes and practices. This study uses a grounded theory approach to critically assess the literature to answer our research. We use grounded theory approach to synthesize findings from relevant literature. This study conclude that social networks characteristic matter in the context of online recruitment. In view of the investigation and blend, a calculated system is proposed to direct further research on deciding whether SNS trademark matters in online enrollment.
