Abstract
Based on social network theory and dynamic capability theory, this study explores the impact of network governance mechanism on manufacturing enterprises value co-creation. Through the empirical analysis of 412 questionnaires, the results show that network governance mechanism has a significant positive effect on manufacturing enterprises value co-creation, network emdeddedness mediates the relationship between network governance mechanism and manufacturing enterprises value co-creation, absorptive capacity moderate the relationship between network emdeddedness and manufacturing enterprises value co-creation.
