Abstract
Problems related to improving organizational citizenship behavior are also important to be reviewed in the world of education, especially in order to improve the quality of services provided to students. This research has the aim to analyze the improvement of organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative study with 415 Lecturers from 21 Private Universities in Bandung who were sampled in this study and taken using random sampling proportional techniques, data analysis techniques using structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using AMOS. The results showed there was a positive influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational culture has a positive impact on the organization's commitment, the organization's commitment to organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction positively affects the organization's commitment to. It can then be suggested that the increasing commitment of the organization, organizational culture, and job satisfaction will have an impact on the improvement of the lecturer's organizational citizenship behavior.
