Abstract
Children with special needs are those who require specialized care due to disorders or abnormalities in their growth and development. These children exhibit unique differences necessitating specific services that align with their abilities and characteristics. Conducting identification and assessment activities is crucial to understanding their distinct needs and characteristics. Additionally, children with special needs are authorized for protection, which involves all activities aimed at ensuring their rights and safeguarding their well-being, allowing them to live, grow, and develop with dignity. This ensures that the rights of every child are supported and not infringed upon.
