Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to better understand the benefits of Augmented/Virtual application in Industrial Design learning at higher education institutions. Industrial innovation in emerging technologies such as Virtual Reality(VR), Augmented Reality (AR) three-dimensional printing (3DP) and rapid prototyping pose challenges in design education. Retributing the trend alters the traditional methods of learning the industrial design profession.
