Abstract

In response to climate warming, the number of countries planning to implement net zero carbon emissions is increasing worldwide. By analyzing and studying the achievements and experiences of developed countries such as Europe and the United States in formulating and improving relevant policy mechanisms to promote energy, especially in the process of green transformation of electric power, this paper summarizes and judges the development ideas and suggestions applicable to China, which has important reference significance for China to explore and study the policy mechanism and market construction adapted to the new power system.
