Abstract
With the rapid economic and social development in China, the urbanization process is accelerating, significantly impacting the country's economic and social progress. In this context, the Party and the government have increasingly focused on urbanization. We adhere to the principle of prioritizing the people and actively promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas. The report of the 19th National Congress explicitly proposed the implementation of the "Rural Revitalization Strategy," which is a key task in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
