Abstract

The study investigates the psychological impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on international students in China, emphasizing the significant challenges they faced, including depression and anxiety due to quarantine and isolation. It introduces the use of the HES system to analyze students' psychological states and proposes integrating recommendation systems with online questionnaires for effective psychological education strategies. The research aims to fill the gap in understanding international students' mental health during the pandemic and offers insights for improving support systems in educational institutions.
