Abstract

Continuous fiber-reinforced composite components manufactured using FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) not only maintain inhaler material properties, but also make full use of the process provided by FFF, which has sensational advantages. This paper reviews aspects of the cell filling path mode, the amorphous cell filling path mode, and the generative filling path mode, traces the evolution from simple path planning to optimized methodologies, establishing a Unified Analytical Framework. This framework demystifies the strengths and weaknesses of existing strategies and systematically underpins the evaluation of new pathfinding algorithms.
