Abstract
The problem with this study is that teaching and learning activities are conducted using facilities and infrastructure that are not optimized. When delivering materials, especially thematic learning, the media used by teachers is limited to printed images and has never used technology-based learning media. This research is development research (research and development) using the ADDIE development model, and consists of five phases: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of this study were her seniors as media expert verifiers, materials experts, educational practitioners, and her seniors as elementary school students. The research tools used for data collection were observations, interviews, questionnaires, tests and documentation. Therefore, it can be concluded that the interactive learning media Articulate Storyline in theme 7 The Beautiful Diversity in My Country Class IV of 091505 Elementary School Afdeling C Balimbingan is suitable to use in teaching and learning process.
