Abstract

Cognitive development in early childhood is one of the achievements of human development that is urgently needed to be given appropriate stimulation and by the needs of children. Through this research, children are given learning activities that can strengthen their scientific thinking skills. Early childhood aged 4 to 5 years were the subject of this program with the help of two teachers. The data obtained were then tested for correlation and regression to see the relationship and how much influence scientific thinking skills were given to strengthen of cognitive development in early childhood. The implementation carried out shows that the scientific behaviour that the child does has a good sign on the sustainability of the achievement of the stages of children's cognitive development.
