Abstract
The objectives of this research are: 1). Producing Google site-based e-book teaching materials using the citizen project model in the Basic Concepts of Citizenship Education in Elementary Schools course, 2). Knowing the validation, practicality and effectiveness of e-books 3). Producing scientific publications in international seminar proceedings, and 4). Register the final copyright research report that has a certificate. The study adopts a 4-D development model (Four-D Models), indicating that it falls under the category of research and development (R&D). Assessment of the suitability aspect of the material content with a percentage of 86.05% (Valid/ Suitable for use), the feasibility aspect of design and technology appearance with a percentage of 83.05% (Valid/ Suitable for use). The results of the validation of the e-book draft carried out by 2 validators consisting of lecturers, showed that the e-book was included in the good category. Based on the results of data analysis on the practicality test questionnaire, an average percentage of 91.88% was obtained.
