Abstract

The ability to think creatively is one of the important goals at all levels of education and must be owned by students after completing their studies at university. This requires lecturers to be able to develop and design learning that is able to actively involve students, train and be able to improve their creative thinking skills. This study intends to produce general chemistry teaching materials (books) on organic compounds and reactions, using a valid PjBL STEM model and able to improve students' creative thinking abilities. The development model used refers to the ADDIE development model. This research and development produced teaching materials (books) based on the PjBL STEM model that are feasible (valid) to be used in learning compounds and organic reactions, and are significantly proven to be effective in improving students' creative thinking abilities with a value of p = 0.000 <0.05.
