Abstract
Affected by the trade war and the new crown pneumonia epidemic, freight demand has fluctuated sharply, and the freight rate market has also experienced huge changes. International shipping prices are gradually returning to a reasonable range after soaring. In the face of this volatile situation and fierce competition, container companies need to develop a reasonable pricing strategy to keep the transportation system continuously evolving. Considering the uncertain market structure of the oligopoly market, this paper examines the competitive and service-quality pricing strategies of shipping companies.
