Abstract
In view of some common problems existing in the current welding training teaching, in order to better improve the welding training effect, this paper explores how to apply the numerical simulation method and virtual reality technology into the welding teaching to achieve such objectives as saving the welding training cost, improving the scientificity of the selection of welding process parameters, deepening the students' understanding and cognition of the welding process, and improving the students' learning interest and training enthusiasm. Then a training process is put forward that combines a theoretical teaching method assisted by numerical simulation method, a virtual welding training method based on virtual reality technology and a more targeted welding practice training method. By this way, a better improvement students' learning interest and a better welding training effect can be obtain. Teaching according to this process can better improve students' learning interest and welding training effect.
