Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of price, e-service quality, and product quality on customer satisfaction at Kick Avenue Online Marketplace in Medan. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study were followers of the Urban Sneaker Society community who had online purchased sneakers through Kick Avenue in Medan. The sample was taken with a non-probability sampling design with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously price, e-service quality, and product quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Kick Avenue Online Marketplace in Medan. Partially, price, e-service quality, and product quality have a positive and significant effects on customer satisfaction at Kick Avenue Online Marketplace in Medan.
