Abstract
This research is entitled "Implementation of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Models to Increase Responsibility and Learning Achievement in Math in Data Processing Materials in Class VI of Elementary School”. The problems that are the focus of learning are: Can the PBL model increase student responsibility for data processing materials in sixth class. Can the PBL model improve learning achievement in data processing material in sixth class. Can PBL models have increased responsibility to learn achievement on data processing materials in sixth class. Based on the formulation of the problem above, this study has several objectives to analyze PBL models to increase student responsibility for data processing materials. Analyze PBL models to improve learning achievement in data processing materials. Analyze PBL models that can increase responsibility and learning achievement in data processing materials. The research was carried out in a cyclical assessment process which included four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The conclusions from this study were: By a PBL model can increase student responsibility for data processing materials, in the initial conditions the students who were responsible were only 5 students from 11 students or 90%. By a PBL model can improve student learning achievement, so that student learning outcomes which in the real conditions have an average score of 54 increase to 83.
