Abstract
This study is motivated by the importance of building the religious character of students through the implementation of the Qur'an reading culture program, because the Qur'an is a holy book that is used as a guideline for life by Muslims around the world. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of Qur'an reading programs and the factors that support and prevent them. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach while the data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. In this study, Milles and Huberman used interactive analysis model data analysis techniques. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Qur'an reading culture can strengthen the religious character of students, especially in the attitude of worship and in getting along with everyone. This study is recommended to all educational institutions to strengthen the religious character of students.
