Abstract
The world of education is a place for students to learn and improve competence. Schools as an inseparable part of education have challenges in preparing their students to face life in the real of the world. The industrial era 4.0 requires them to have 21st century skills. According to Hermawan (2017), there are four 21st century skills that must be mastered by students, namely: (1) communication; (2) collaboration; (3) critical thinking; and (4) creative. The ability to think creatively allows them to create new and innovative works. These skills are very important in order to face the competition in the world of work in the 21st century. Teachers play a very important role in efforts to arouse student creativity, one of which is through differentiation learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of differentiated learning on students' creative thinking skills. The research subjects were 6th grade students at SD Negeri 1 Sanggreman for the 2022/2023 academic year, which consisted of 31 students. Based on the results of research using the product differentiation method in science learning, students' creative thinking abilities are greater when compared to using homogeneous methods both in indicators of fluency, flexibility, originality and elaboration.
