Abstract
The existence of MSMEs in Indonesia plays an important role in improving the nation's economy and helping government programs because it is a labor-intensive business that requires a lot of labor. Kabupaten Purwakarta has potential human resources academically, a source of creative and innovative young entrepreneur candidates. But without the maximum support and encouragement from the local government, this will become an obstacle. The purpose of this study is to identify the implementation of policies carried out by the Government of Kabupaten Purwakarta in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and describe the driving factors and inhibiting factors faced by the Government of Kabupaten Purwakarta in the implementation of MSME development policies. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The research subjects in this study were determined purposively. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation, and documentation. Source triangulation techniques are used to check the validity of research data. Data analysis in this study uses data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion making The results of this study indicate that the implementation of development programs for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
