Abstract

In recent years, the practice of Islamic economics has been used in sharia-based businesses with a sincere pay model. The review of Sharia Business aligns understanding that Islamic economic practices have a positive impact on employee welfare and customer satisfaction. Next, we analyze this problem from interviews, literature studies and perspectives on entrepreneurial theory. Finally, we suggest that sharia-based coffee shops should maintain a profit sharing model by playing their role as true entrepreneurs based on Islamic principles
