Abstract
This study aims to analyze the performance of Sharia IKNB in Indonesia with maqashid shariah criteria and maqashid shariah inclusive contributions. The study population is Sharia IKNB with a sample of Islamic insurance companies, Islamic finance companies, Islamic pension funds, and pawnshop companies. Data were analyzed using the simple additive weighting method. The results of the research show that the calculation of the performance of the highest ranking maqashid sharia index is DPLK Muamalah, second is Reindo Syariah, third is Indonesian Takaful Insurance, fourth is Multigriya Financial Facility and last is Pegadaian Indonesia. It takes economic, environmental and financial industry media sustainability to always be sensitive and able to respond, the turmoil of the lower levels of society to fix structural poverty which has been a scourge that is never finished and often ignored by the state. Sharia IKNB must be able to contribute to the public, be the frontline to improve the structural poverty system and must be the leading industry in achieving the highest goals of sharia, namely the sustainability of human life, nature, economic resources, and all aspects of life in society.
