Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the problem of the distribution system of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) aid in the Aliyah Miftahul Ulum Madrasah school in Pamekasan-Madura Regency. This research uses a qualitative research method, namely a case study with a descriptive approach. The results of the research The problematic system of channeling aid funds for the Smart Indonesia Program contains several problems, namely: Recruitment of Smart Indonesia Program Recipients (PIP) where irregularities occur and the focus is not on the vision and mission of the PIP, because based on technical guidelines, all students who have KIP must get help PIP. The reality is that only certain students get PIP assistance. That is, the distribution of PIP is still weak and there is no good control by the government. So it is suspected that fraud will be easy. Distribution of Smart Indonesia Program Funds (PIP) There is fraud in the implementation of the PIP system, for example if from the beginning the student is selected or deserves to get PIP, until graduation will get it, but the fact is that he suddenly does not get PIP again, aka broken. Distribution of funds by channeling banks based on technical guidelines should not have administrative burdens or deductions in the form of papaun, the reality obtained from sources is that some of the previous channeling banks cut funds that have been disbursed
