Abstract
Political Law of Mining Governance including tin mining depends on the regime in power. From the old order regime, the new order regime, to the reform order regime, each has a different spirit and policy. Each regime of norms contained in mining governance legal products is different so that it is difficult to achieve the goals of the Indonesian state. It This policy change is called the legal politics of tin mining governance in Indonesia. Second, the research method of this paper is normative research with a mining regulatory approach related to tin metal minerals. Third, each regime of political power, the legal governance of tin mining is different. In this paper, it is found that governance regimes are in the form of mining authority regimes and mining business permit regimes and special mining business permits.
