This research aims to examine the impact of pollution and forms of legal protection on society due to swallow cultivation. This doctrinal legal research method uses a statutory approach and a case approach. The research results show that swallow cultivation in Central Bangka Regency basically has a positive economic impact because it is a source of financial income for the people who cultivate it. Likewise, it is a source of Original Regional Income (PAD) for the local government. On the other hand, it can also cause negative impacts due to pollution caused by these activities.
