The results of this research are that mining management must comply with the standards set out in Indonesian legal regulations, both through Minerba and Coal Law No. 3/2020 and Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources regulation No 1827 K/30/MEM/2008 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Good Mining Engineering Principles in realizing sustainable development. in realizing laws that are carried out repressively through penal means. The use of penal means is aimed at punishing perpetrators of criminal acts to tackle crime.
