Abstract
This study aims to determine the results of developing folklore teaching materials based on Deli Malay culture with the help of Quizizz in class X MAN 2 Model Medan. This type of research is development research based on the 4-D development model. The development of folklore teaching materials in the form of handouts has been validated by material experts and design experts. The validation results show an average of 85% with good categories. Design expert validation shows an average of 85.6 with good category. The results of the effectiveness of developing folklore teaching materials based on Deli Malay culture with the help of Quizizz were obtained from the results of research on product effectiveness tests based on the pretest with an average of 63% and posttest with an average of 84%. So it can be concluded that learning folklore based on Deli Malay culture with the help of Quizizz can improve student learning outcomes.
