Abstract

The goal of this study is to ascertain the performance of the permanent employees of PT. Surabaya Panel Lestari Gresik in connection to the work environment, organizational culture, financial compensation, and non-financial compensation. The literature review and hypothesis formulation then utilised the information acquired from the distribution of questionnaires to 62 permanent employees of PT. Surabaya Panel Lestari Gresik using Total Sampling. Testing is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the investigation show that corporate culture has little bearing on employees' inconsistent performance, but that the working environment has a big impact on it. Both financial and non-financial pay have a substantial impact on employee performance.
