Abstract
This research purpose is examining the effect of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the performance of the company's financial ratios and changes in the stock price performance of the Telecommunications Industry sector listed on the IDX.This research uses a case study method with a quantitative analysis approach using historical data on the stock index of individual companies in the Telecommunications sector with purposive sampling technique.The result is the telecommunications industry sector during the Covid-19 pandemic has a positive effect and can provide benefits to the company's financial performance and can improve the performance of the stock prices of companies incorporated in the telecommunications sector, because during the Covid-19 pandemic many community activities were carried out from home both formal work in the office, meetings, education, even entertainment and the implementation of trade in both goods and services. Contribution of the results of this study can be used as a reference for potential investors in choosing and investing in stocks included in the Telecommunications Industry sector whose market recovery was faster when the pandemic occurred until the latest development in telecommunications stock prices.
