Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and organizational climate on deviant behavior through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Apsara Tiyasa Sambada. There are also subjects of this research are employees of PT. Apsara Tiyasa Sambada as many as 106 respondents. This study uses a path analysis tool with SPSS software. The results showed that work stress directly affected deviant behavior. Organizational climate has a direct negative effect on deviant behavior. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of job stress but cannot mediate organizational climate on deviant behavior.
