The purpose of this research is to understand how the implementation of human resource management improves the quality of education at SMA Negeri 15 Wajo Regency. This research is a field research that involves direct meetings with respondents or informants. Data collection techniques used to obtain valid data include observation, interviews, and documentation taken directly from the principal, teachers, and students of SMA Negeri 15 Wajo Regency.
