Abstract
In Chinese culture applies the value of guanxi to build business networks. Guanxi is a culture that emphasizes interpersonal relationships. The most important thing is who you know, not what you know. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an impact between the implementation of guanxi values and the successful implementation of school cooperation in the business development of school units. This study uses a qualitative research method using Participatory Action Research (PAR) techniques. The result is that with the application of guanxi values, namely Ganqing, Renqing and Xinren, this educational institution is able to implement cooperation with the Gresik Regency Aisyiah Regional Leader (PDA) and the Gresik Regency National Land Agency (BPN) Office.
