Abstract
To realize the transformation from the “largest shipbuilding country” to the “first top ship-building nation”, development of marine science and technology innovation should be the first driving force. Shipbuilding universities are an important part of the collaborative innovation consortium of modern shipbuilding & offshore manufacturing industry, and also an important source of development of science and technology innovation. We collect patent data in the field of shipbuilding & offshore manufacturing technology from shipbuilding universities, analyzed and evaluated the comprehensive strength of technology innovation based on entropy weight TOPSIS model. Finally, we put forward reasonable suggestions to solve the problems.
