Abstract

Adult women are one of the high-risk groups of depressive disorder. How to reduce adult women's depressive disorder depends on people. With the development of computer technology, many researchers have paid attention to the new model of using computerized treatment programs to improve depression. Based on the six core intervention techniques of ACT, this study designed a computerized treatment program for depression. It also discusses the support provided by computer data processing software in the field of psychotherapy with the development of computer science and electronic information technology.
