Abstract
The variables in this study are learning organization, e-HRM, service quality, and competitive advantage. The research method used is explanatory research. The research location was carried out by a private university at the Mandiri Bina Prestasi Polytechnic, Medan, with the object of research being students. The sample size was taken from Gay and Diehl (1992), the minimum sample for descriptive research is 10% of the population. The population was 551 students so that the total sample was 55 students. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire, the data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression. The hypotheses in this study are: Hypothesis (1) learning organizational factors, e-HRM, and service quality have a simultaneous effect on competitive advantage. Hypothesis (2) learning organization factors have a significant effect on competitive advantage. Hypothesis (3) e-HRM factors have a significant effect on competitive advantage. Hypothesis (4) service quality factors have a significant effect on competitive advantage. The results showed that all of the proposed hypotheses were accepted.
