Abstract

The total quality of students can be improved through learning and selfdevelopment programs that focus on personal leadership, planning and continuously improvement. The study aims to reveal a description of the total personal quality of students at Nias University. The results show that it needs an improvement by means of various efforts to rectify the quality of higher education management in order to achieve total personal quality of the students.
