Abstract
Teaching materials are all forms of materials used to help teachers and students achieve learning goals. This study aims to develop a product that is suitable for use in the learning process, especially in short story writing activities. This study uses a research and development design (Research and Development/R&D) which refers to the ADDIE model. The reason for choosing this research method is to develop a product and test the feasibility of the product. In this study, the product developed was teaching materials in the form of e-modules for class XI SMK on short story writing materials using Google sites. The results of this study indicate that teaching materials for writing short stories assisted by Google sites are able to attract interest and improve students' ability to write short stories
